Flash Season 5 Thread

You know what gets me about The Flash? Everyone talks about the season 3 Flashpoint. OMG they didn't do Flashpoint right! Duh, the whole damn show is Thawne's Flashpoint.

Flashpoint was never going to be that much like the comics version anyway.

Not only do they not have the budget, but they don't have rights to most of the characters.

But the one from Earth X is not from Earth 1 thus not from Barry's future by chance... if he's from another dimension entirely isnt it feasible that is who nora saw in prison in the future???

No, that was Earth-1 Thawne, he had just traveled to Earth-X. He said so himself.

As far as how he's alive after getting erased from existence twice just chalk it up to time travel fukkery.

My guess is that when black flash killed Thawne, Thawne's body went to the speed force. When Barry came out of the speed force in the beginning of season 4, Thawne came out too. Especially since when Barry came out, they showed the Reverse Flash motion and sound with the coffee coming out the mug. He should technically have the original Thawne face instead of the Wells face. Maybe the actor wasnt available or the writers overlooked that part.

I watched that scene at the end a few times now and I get it...

Nora never saw wells/thawne face before .. so when she saw wells in 2013 (or whatever year season 1 was) and realized his face .... but I don't understand why she still sent the pages if she wanted to talk.

ok but if that's the theory maybe him being in another dimension insulated him from the rules of time travel. that's why he's still alive... but also I question since barry let him go and couldn't kill him where has he been since then???

Legends RF thawne.. Season 1 Rf was Wells' face are not the same person... in season 1's who is Harrison Wells we learn from 2000 until 2010 or something like that he had no speed..
that only means this has to be a pre killing nora RF . the one that wanted to kill barry..

SO he has to be from the original original timeline (before Thawne/Wells made the particle accelerator happen 3 years sooner
or he's flashpoint RF

And that was what I was pointing too... this is the same thawne from flash S1 who got killed and then the legends killed him twice when black flash caught up with him, he was using the speed force to stay alive... but the thawne from earth x or he traveled to earth x must be different in someway... considering he has well's face and still had well's face in the future when nora saw him...
