I totally see their point, but they haven't answered Barry asking what he was supposed to do when King Shark was seconds away from literally eating Cisco.

I was confused by that whole argument. Like was there supposed to be a council meeting in between King Shark taking nibbles out of Cisco's face? I wish I would apologize for saving a nikka from a violent death.
