Yep. And they all live together until the next person can buy their own house. It’s wild.

My neighborhood has a lot of Indians.

Mexicans are doing the same thing. They all live in one house, multiple people working and paying it off.

Boom they buy another one in the neighborhood and do the same thing.

Next thing you know whole family got their own houses and they got their own community popping up :ehh:

Yup. One of my professors was complaining about this back when I was first at school. Said when they do this it's unfair to public services.

A decade later and I'm sure while that guy is still driving to work everyday, those Mexicans got multiple houses they can rent out. There's an African family doing the same thing by my in-law's. House is packed, but they about to be sitting in a good spot in about 10 years.

It's like if you already got a good job, but want to pay off the house what's a way to make more money? Get a side job.
However, you don't have enough time for that. However, what if other people do?:jbhmm: What if five or so other people do :jbhmm:

When you think and work as a group, your resources are actually quite insane than you trying to throw it on your shoulders singlehandedly.

Additionally, last I checked these public service workers like police are shyt at their job.

I really dislike people like him man. Dude probably don’t even net much. I’ve done deals or attempted to do deal for people in his industry. Most of them owners be netting 45k (just highlighting how he probably exaggerated) after expenses. They are normally small business ran and ran poorly.

I was messing with an Indian shorty a lil bit before the pandemic. Her Family owned several subways. What they do is 2 people from the family become a doctor, engineer, IT etc then they stack up to buy a franchise. Bring all their family over then employ them at the store

They want to sell the franchise a few years later? They sell it to family friend or someone at the mosque / temple they go to

Group economics at its finest

We should be running all of the "Chinese" restaurants and chicken spots in our hoods.

Maybe we could come up with a sort of blueprint to make it easy to set up quickly. And somehow convince suppliers to not raise the prices.
