Mexicans are doing the same thing. They all live in one house, multiple people working and paying it off.
Boom they buy another one in the neighborhood and do the same thing.
Next thing you know whole family got their own houses and they got their own community popping up
Yup. One of my professors was complaining about this back when I was first at school. Said when they do this it's unfair to public services.
A decade later and I'm sure while that guy is still driving to work everyday, those Mexicans got multiple houses they can rent out. There's an African family doing the same thing by my in-law's. House is packed, but they about to be sitting in a good spot in about 10 years.
It's like if you already got a good job, but want to pay off the house what's a way to make more money? Get a side job.
However, you don't have enough time for that. However, what if other people do?

What if five or so other people do
When you think and work as a group, your resources are actually quite insane than you trying to throw it on your shoulders singlehandedly.
Additionally, last I checked these public service workers like police are shyt at their job.
