The thing is its not a bad album it just feels like Smedium Sean himself is a guest on his own album. EVERY feature on the album outraps him, even the singing features overpower him. Ashley is a dope song that feels like Miguel put more heart and emotion in it than Sean did with his half-singing half rapping struggle bars. What's crazy is that dude showed IMMENSE improvement with his bars on the Detroit mixtape, only to regress. There is very little lyrical growth on this album. There's not one song on this album that makes me feel that Smedium is in any way destined for the "Hall Of Fame". He's a worse lyricist than all of his peers, a worse songwriter, and a worse performer. I felt like Drake would've absolutely MURKED a track like Ashley. Kendrick would've went into beast mode on something like First Chain with Nas and Kid Cudi. He has almost ZERO mic presence and a faux sense of charisma....
