On some real shyt, they dropped two videos two weeks before he dropped. So, I think someone internally didn't have faith in him. He is doing better than every active poster on this site. We have a 42 page thread on a hated person.

I think it was because the album didn't have them big obvious pop records on it. Sean been telling Def Jam for the past year that he wanted to take a different approach with this album. Look at the singles he's dropping? He's moving away from those flashy records. He wanted to tell stories and be more introspective on this album which he did. Sean loves the album. This album is basically the old Sean before he blew up. A lot of the new fans who didn't listen to him back than was thrown off with this album when it leaked. The album reviews have been good. That first album he released was all Def Jam. He hates that album.

Take it or leave it. Sean is happy with this album tho. This is the album he always wanted to make.

Is there a reason you arent answering my question? Are the sales disappointing?

breh nobody wants to hear big sean and his gay ass voice telling stories and being introspective :russ: we want those bangers for the radio and the clubs. he should just accept that's the kind of artist he is. he's trying too hard to be like drake or kanye and make art, nah just stick to making singles tthat's all you good for

:russ: I can tell most of you don't know how the industry works. nikkas actually think Sean is out here struggling financially.

but you said he was a star though... you said he was bigger then he was 2 years ago... you said he would do 120,000 minimum first week... these things you said... what happened... :mjpls:
