in retrospect though, Sean's album should have dropped when the iron was hot, not his fault did you catch @nikkaz In Paris pass the mustard thread? ...

I forgot that "My Homies Still" which featured Sean was also a hot record last year. Then he came with "Gwap". He probably would've came out better if he'd dropped in December. Wasn't that the original release date?

There's been several threads about Sean's first sales week, but I'm sure I caught that one. This thread though.. . @nikkaz In Paris went in.

Sean been saying for the past 6 months that HOF was going to be more introspective and personal than the "Detroit" mixtape and the FF album. The album is going to sell after this week not really worried. Same thing happen with FF when he sold 87k first week. If you don't like HOF I can't fault you for that. This is the album Sean wanted to make.

I never mentioned anything about the album being "introspective", the songs just didn't hit for me .

It'll be interesting to see if Def Jam actually pushes this album moving forward, but GOOD be all kinds of fukked up, and Cruel Summer got forgotten about as soon as it dropped, so I doubt that.

Real talk, I don't remember much of any of the big Sean I've listened to (ff mixtape, ff album, detroit) but I still always give him a chance, but these threads here, they got me not giving a fukk about even trying to listen to hall of flop
