The funniest part is that I had just naturally assumed this was gonna be the Spin writer's turn to felate Kendrick in print, as is seemingly every music critic's civic duty this year, so much so that I got through the whole thing without catching the swerve and...deadass...had to double-back and re-read to confirm that they had actually wrote Big Sean's name there (the actual lyrics were no tip-off because I only know the namedropping parts )....that they actually punted on the chance to praise Kendrick to mock Sean is a shocker, and a moderate stroke of genius
