You can’t answer a simple question.
Legally you can only be detained if there’s reasonable suspicion of a crime. The lick is they’ll say you’re obstructing and resisting arrest even if they have no right to arrest you.You don't have to talk.

I got charged with resisting arrest and assaulting an officer even after the initial charge they say I was resisting to was dismissed. If that’s dismissed, then I was never under arrest and therefore can’t resist it. And I didn’t assault an officer, I was defending myself from an armed kidnapper. They always break the laws they say they are enforcing. That’s the lick.
Because it’s a dumb question. We live in a world where you can be harassed, comply 100% and they’ll kill you. Any encounter with the police, is a deadly one. No matter how minor you think it is. These pigs will shoot you in your sleep. Come in your house and kill you while you are eating ice cream in your home. I fault not black man who is concerned about his safety and well-being and takes action to secure his life. I don’t have to agree with it. I understand it. That’s the world we live in. Not whatever one you are trying to paint.

I’m not trying to paint anything. And I’ve been harassed and arrested multiple times for nothing. But once again in what world are you living in where someone is questioned by the police and shoots them and you’re ok with that? And like I said before y’all can
me all you want but I got all my money dude was in a black area at a black apartment complex. Grow up how are you grown feeling comfortable with people at your housing complex shooting cops for questioning? Y’all militants are something else
