In Russia almost every car got a dash cam. And another thing, when the cops stop you they always shout orders and commands at you, thus aggravating the situation. Never had a pig speak to me in a mild respectful tone. Its time to start filling them with lead if you catch them slipping. Not sure if this is where you were going with this.....but whites obviously use the same tactics in the middle east that they do here to justify their racist, genocidal, "unrelenting force". It's not illegal to record the cops.
It's not illegal to talk shyt/cuss at cops.

Actually it is, in some places, illegal to record the cops. Cops can record you and lose the tape if necessary. It's a lot harder to lose someone else's property, unless they can force access to it; fresh journalists usually had to learn the hard way not to give up their property just because a cop says they need it and will return it soon.

And there was the case where someone was charged with assault on an officer for rolling their eyes on a cop.

Now, whether it's unconstitutional to have a law making it illegal to record the cops or charge someone with assault for rolling their eyes............................

If you have a smartphone, the first app you should get after the apps to locate your phone when it's stolen (since the cops don't give a fukk unless you've caught them on camera), is an app to upload simultaneously as you record.
