I'm wit my whole family right now, my grandma stays in West Palm Beach, it's a Haitian dude next door to her trying to finesse her out of her house.

She fell yesterday and we got a bunch of calls, this morning somebody called my mama about my Grandma's house and referenced that Haitian mfer as a seller or some shyt.

Just watched my cousin pull up on him live and got bro off the property and took the keys.

I grew up in N FL it rains alot but that part of FL has more trees and flora to absorb the rain. Unfortunately S FLA and other tourist spots cleared most of the land for subdivisions and raggedy strip malls.
