This is just another (and more complex) version of private profits, public risk. The infrastructure and investments Disney have made were all done in order to funnel paying customers into their parks and enrich shareholders. There's nothing virtuous or commendable about their contributions to the area.
You probably oppose it honestly, but are too close to support removing it.
Ain't you a Libertarian? I figured you would love what Disney was allowed to do. From what I understand, the citizens liked the arrangement, and Disney were good stewards.
