The transcript got leaked. It said Desantis okayed the forced feeding and smiled as the prisoners were being tortured. Meatball claimed he didn’t have the power to okay the tube feeding because he was a junior officer. The article then said that doesn’t mean he did not advise people to do it.
Then basically it just said Desantis enjoyed the torture.
