Yea you can thank New York for being the primary city developing your city.

From developing buildings, moving in banks, opening high quality restaurants with clientele buying up real estate. Thank god for sources. Let’s see you refute them.

Why are there so many New York restaurants in Miami?

Both states have their flaws and their strengths. It's a tie.

:yeshrug:

So many new Yorkers in Florida and I know plenty of Floridians in NY.

New Yorkers retire to Florida while Florida young people come up here. Also a lot of the young people probably had parents that were originally from NY.

I know New Yorkers who are next door neighbors to their old co workers in Florida.

When the knicks would play in miami in the 90's, it was like a home game. When the Heat play in Barclays, it's like a home game for the Heat. Hell, Heat fans were cheering in MSG a year or so ago when the heat came to town and wrecked shop. Knicks fans were fuming at how heat fans packed MSG.

Jets fans pack out Dolphins Stadium. Dolphins fans show up and show out in the meadowlands.

Henry Flagler built the Florida east coast railroad. He was from upstate I believe.

Half of the Bronx moved to central Florida/Kissimmee.

Jim Jones made a whole mixtape about Miami and it's F'ery.

The two states are married. Til death(or the Atlantic Ocean) does them part.

My dude here is smart unlike OP. Lol.

And yea as far as the Knicks go it’s the same thing in Atlanta and Charlotte. Almost like a home game lol.

Honestly when I’m in Palm Beach that area feels like Long Island with palm trees

The cac’s over there do.

Not true, the only cacs in NYC who voted for him en masse are Hassidic Jews and what's left of the Guidos. All other types of white people in NYC lean heavily liberal. The average cac in Brooklyn despises Trump and talks about it on a regular basis.

Facts and here’s another fact. The whites in NYC voted for Bernie Sanders heavy while black and Latinos stayed loyal to Hillary.

And even with the Jews they only voted for Trump for gender reasons.

Yeah I'm not sure what's up with those Hassids, but they're not part of mainstream society in NYC anyway. Being a Trump supporter in most of the white areas in Manhattan and Brooklyn is not even socially acceptable :heh:
