Deputies in Marion County said a man is accused of intentionally spraying special needs children with water as they got on and off their school bus. Investigators said Roman used surveillance cameras to track the arrival of a school bus and manually activated his sprinklers twice a day, for over a year, to spray the victims.
Roman faces four counts of stalking, two counts of battery on a disabled person, and two counts of battery after allegedly using a sprinkler system to harass his neighbors, including two special needs children.

Those counts of battery against the disabled should be enough to get him at last 6 mos to a year, and maybe two, in the county or a state facility. Then hopefully the word of what he did will follow him inside. They’re hard enough on those who abuse children in most facilities, so hopefully they’ll go extra hard on him since those were special needs children. Guards included. 3 or 4 good, sincere asswhippins, along with being treated as a pariah by both the inmates and the guards should teach him a sound lesson that’ll last him the rest of his life.
