Theres also documentation that Florida has fudged numbers before and sent police to harass a woman at gunpoint that worked at the State Department of Health.

A simple google search can get you as many articles about blatant data misrepresentation as you want.
You cant simply just say that if 1 thing happens, then a different unrelated thing may be happening.
