moron, the cac himself has a violent history. and the safest thing would be for him to keep his hands to himself :what:
You don’t know the history of that claim, or the background, all you know is that he was arrested. If his arrest record was really in question, he wouldn’t have been a teacher there...

and don’t call me a moron again. If you can’t express yourself without insulting the other person, your point becomes worthless...

This is why I’m in favor of surveillance cameras in every classroom. Call his parents, show them the tape of their child disrupting the class, and tell them if their son can’t respect authority and behave, they can’t come to school.

Teachers are already expected to do more than teach the curriculum.

And I don’t condone racial slurs directed at anyone.

Not a bad idea.

Also, fukk that kid.

If you're a fukk up in MIDDLE school, you might as well give up. Life gets way harder.

they're both in the wrong.
I know when I was in school there was always that a$$hole kid. But my teachers were smart to always call a security guard if they needed them removed.
At the same time, I'm not about to defend someone who already has a history of aggression and maybe alcoholism.
I would kick that teacher's ass.

This is why I make sure my kids take school seriously so they become high achievers and are then placed in high achieving classes like AP or GT. These little delinquents are in general classes fukking it up for everybody and the teachers really are powerless. Unless they do something out of protocol like this.

This teacher will get fired, that kid will go back to the same classes more likely emboldened, and the other students suffer even more.

I wouldn’t say that. Your life at that age doesn’t necessarily determine the rest of your life, and chances are, his parent(s) are not doing a good job at home. I’m not going to give up on a kid.

it’s clear you have no idea how convictions, charges, and how the legal system works, in general. You just want to inflame and agitate. My last message to you is this: until you read the police report to SEE what occurred to get him that charge, you’re just looking at a piece of information designed to toss dirt on a person.

it’s similar to how news outlets will show a black person, in connection with a crime or instance, wearing a hoodie or doing something vile, to change public opinion about the character of person in question.

all this other nonsense about calling me CAC. You can come test that claim whenever you want...

I get the teacher's frustration...but the smart thing to do for the sake of his job is to go through the right protocols to getting the kid out of the class room...

That being said, If I were the kids parents, I'd be more upset at the kid than the teacher...and I wouldve apologized to the teacher, and dealt with my child at home.

Now the kid will be at school bragging about getting the teacher fired. and his other teachers will pass him to keep the heat off them or fail him for getting the teacher fired.

Blasting music in class thats blatant disrespect

crazy thing is...if you just let it play out, and the rest of the kids were unable to learn the material...and if their grades slip...then you'd get blamed for it. Teachers are literally in a no win situation.

It's insane how this all works. If I were the kid's parents, I'd drop all the charges...apologize to the teacher, then I'd have my kid apologize to him....

I once forged my parents signature on a bad report card in middle school....the school caught it, and called my dad down there...once he he came back from talking with them..he came back home and instantly grabbed me by the neck of my shirt and slammed me up against the wall and was nose to nose with me...the next day I was told to apologize to the assistant principle...and i never gave them another problem like that again.

Totally agree. I was being harsh but let's be honest. At this age, we have a moral compass. This behavior is ok to him. No respect. There must be a baseline of common courtesy and decency.
