That's what I hope he's doing. His biggest flaw post-Super Bowl was that he couldn't rebuild his staff after it got raided. The new hires weren't good and the promotions put people above their competency level.

Taking this year off to build some connections so he can assemble a fresh staff with new faces is his best bet at another successful HC run.
