I can see this being true. Before the Shane fight, Nas said Floyd has to get injections in his hands and only a few states allow this. So he could be considered a clean athlete in Nevada, but a dirty athlete in another state. Which is probably why he dont wanna fight at Cowboys Stadium in Texas
