Better yet, if they had such an iron-clad case, why would Mayweather take a plea deal that would give him jail time? Which is why I prefaced my initial statements saying if you believe the account of what happened. It's a BIG if, I admit, especially if you don't believe his baby moms (which is the case here), if you know his girl to be a vindictive, vengeful type (which you don't know for sure) OR if you are a member of the Money Team (which you think you might be).
