Content aside, the song is trash. The flow is trash. The beats are weak, lame, uninspired and unequivocal trash. Anyone that says otherwise is wildn'. "But a bunch of people liked the song!!!" A bunch of people voted for Trump to, so shut the fukk up. :mjlol:

As for the content, it's a race to the bottom so I'm not surprised. The accelerationist in me wants to see how bad rap can get so I'm here for it. At some point, y'all will understand and I will laugh when that day comes.

Im seeing some inconsistencies here. If we gone be mad @ blk women for choosing pookie and ray ray, i dont really see how we can be mad @ them for celebrating being free of them :what:

That logic is kinda, well...by coli mythos...female.:francis:

Song kinda ratchet, but that is pretty much par for the course in 2022. Other than that, i dont really see the problem. Aint like the song is called "NF". Unless im missing some underlying subtext here. And if i am, any of yall pls feel free to educate me:hubie:

Edit- just to be clear, i reiterate im not trying to defend this song or any message it is trying to relay:whoa:

Im just not convinced its a hit piece on blk men as a whole. I understand how it could be interpreted as such, by either side of this idiotic self destructive gender war bullshyt, but the bigger issue is the overall ratchetness; notably the pregnant woman in the video:scust:

And IMO trying to actively make this into a gender war issue is only playing into our TRUE oppositions hands. And dont delude ur selfs into believing the opps are not actively feigning outrage in black face to fan the flames here.

cuz its hood garbage and the song is trash.
I dont see what youre defending here.

and im not sure why people are making this a female/male thing...
...plenty of threads weekly on here about how trash the culture of rap is.

I think in general posters on here are getting older and seeing how all the shoot em up bang bang shyt is a negative for black folks

Breh, don’t worry. She’s not even fully black in her own words. If someone more intelligent than her calls her out, she blocks them, and she has more than half of the board blocked. Says it all. :mjlol:
Hold up , that poster isn't even fully black??!!!!!

I went back and forth with that poster once about the degradation of black women in the mainstream and she pushed back everything I was saying.

Now it all makes sense. She's not even black :mjlol:

in the original thread when it was posted I was saying this kinda a fun song. I was pro it. But i didn't foresee grammy noms and the coli making chatty patty threads about her everyday like they paid posters.

shyt is programming to the fullest. Just like they tell you to be nice and naughty so Santa Clause (who is fake) to bring you presents. It's the same way with rap music, the average 12–19-year-old let lyrics program to them into thinking shyt is supposed to be that way

it's billboard...what song of substance do you think got chart positions and spins to be song of 2022?
I was about to say, do people not remember Three 6 Mafia? Glorilla is literally inspired by Gangsta Boo and La Chat lmao

Breh i agree with u 1000% that is my point. Other than being ratchet asf, i dont see how this is problematic or anti-blk man. Folks saying this song is :mjpls: is kinda a stretch.

:scusthov:? Sure, but as we seem to agree that is pretty standard. I would even entertain the thought Doja's problematic song(the NAS) one, could be construed that the "N" could perhaps be an ill conceived and dated euphemism for men in general, but then when u take that "dindu" shyt into consideration, and we start to see a pattern.

But i just think calling this song anti-bm, is just a bit of a stretch. I could be wrong, and ill hold my L with dignity like a man if i am, but i just dont see it based on the evidence available.:manny:

But as to disliking it as purely a matter of taste, :salute:but im not gonna judge people who do fukk with it. Music, like all art, is subjective. To each they own.
