You know what sucks....if he had danced and lost, his stans would still buy his bingo Hall on Sunday music :francis: . Instead dude went out like a entire p*ssy despite having album covers like this:

ab67616d0000b273580d8d4b0061e5a244c86c77

:mindblown: How in the fukk I can take this dude seriously after folding in front of a crowd of thousands.
Dreamville gotta be some of the corniest mfs in the game right now.

It's really sad to be honest
The nikka had so much momentum and peaked with First Person Shooter
That shyt was a banger
But him and Drake should not have been throwing subliminals at KDot
That nikka was chilling and that shyt woke him up in the worst possible way

Drake is gonna be fine his arrogance and non accountability will keep him shielded from a lot of the backlash and at this point Kendricks scorched earth and Superbowl performance has cooled down now so it's safe for him to come out now and drop a lil something...won't be the same but he will be ok...
J Cole on the other hand I feel bad for because I liked him and did want to see him capitalize off the momentum he has been steadily gaining...but with a weak diss and then an apology????
That was like Rap suicide

My wife argues with me and she says ..he did the right thing because if you make a mistake you should apologize...which is absolutely right
But this is hip hop and unfortunately that rule doesn't apply here...she disagrees and says what am I teaching the kids if apologizing is wrong...

I mean is she right ?
Or is Hip Hop not the place to pop shyt and apologize?
I personally already know I'm right but I want to know what's y'all opinion on it..

Accountability? :dahell:

Whats up with yall “asking for drake to be accountable?” …Yall keep assuming this frame where he owes the public some sort of “mea culpa” :mindblown:

Cole apologized when he should have known what he was asking for. It’s too late.

Personally I'm with you breh, because in my opinion Cole hasn't fallen off lyrically because the songs he's dropped prior were pretty good songs...but I think behind the scenes people weren't feeling the popping shyt and apologizing, I know Kiss and Styles said something about it and I'm sure others felt the way they did.

His next album will be very telling because if he doesn't have a lot of industry features that'll tell me the game has moved on, or maybe he has moved on from the industry.

I would like to see him bounce back and maybe address the beef in a mature fashion in a way that will redeem his legacy ...but like you said time will tell if it will be well received by the masses.

Cole is good, but he should shyt on Drake since he also dissed him on a couple songs as well. Then he might gain some respect. But then that might open the door to disses directed at him.

N*ggas spent months calling Gunna a snitch. As soon as he put his badge away and started making music y'all forgot about it.

Cole will be fine.
Cole next album gotta be 4/5 at minimum he’s been hyping it before the beef in addition to all the tough talking bars. He gotta come correct or it’s gonna be a mess for him and I’m a fan

Apologizing fukked up his whole momentum. Even got his artists jumping ship or pivoting to releasing music independently

Wonder if he's been scrambling to rerecord to take out all that "I'll smoke anybody on wax" shyt :russ:

What yall's expectations for the fall off?
cole
