Foley video with Briton was staged, experts say

A masked jihadist may not have actually beheaded American journalist James Foley in the barbaric video released by Islamic terrorists last week, a forensics expert said.

Though there was no doubt that Foley was beheaded, it was possible the jihadists killed Foley off camera and then staged to video to make it look like an execution, an expert told the Times of London.

"I think it has been staged," the visual forensics expert, who was not identified, told The Times after scrutinizing the four-minute, 40-second film.

"My feeling is that the execution may have happened after the camera was stopped."

The analyst pointed to several pieces of evidence that suggested the video was a chilling bit of propaganda, but not an actual decapitation.

First, although the masked jihadist can be seen repeatedly drawing the knife across the 40-year-old war reporter's neck, no actual incisions were visible, the analyst said.

Similarly, there didn't appear to be any blood spilling from Foley's throat, and the sounds he made at the moment of his death didn't appear sound right.

The analyst also found a slight blip in the scripted remarks Foley made in the video, suggesting he may have had to repeat a line, which was spliced into the final version, The Times reported.

In the video, as the beheading occurs, the screen suddenly fades to black.

at this point it doesn't really matter. it's already hit mainstream media and ppl have eaten it up. as long as majority of the ppl can eat it up it's what matters.

i haven't even watched it. i just saw the picture where they say the head is edited off the body. and that was good enough for me.
as long as news comes from cnn or fox news ppl will believe it.
experts who go against the establishment aren't given the platform. rt news might give them the airtime but they've already moved on to the agenda and we're playing catch up trying to debunk this foolishness.

you can tell them an israeli expert says the iron dome is bullshyt they won't believe it. they've made up their minds about 6,000 rockets. experts opinion don't matter if they're not agreeing with the stupidity....

he struggled to cut, the camera stopped, there were two different knives, and two different masked men. this was known pretty much immediately since the video does a poor job of hiding it. to me it looks like the british goofball just couldnt get it done in an intimidating enough manner so somebody more competent with a better knife stepped in, then once it was done they brought that british goofball back out to finish the remarks.

Yeah the video looked suspect as hell to me. I've seen a couple of these videos and that shyt was amateur hour compared to the ones in the past.
