1. The problem is not the legality related to her age. It is grooming / undue influence and grooming / undue influence ranges from socially unacceptable to straight-out illegal depending on where you are located.2. Yes people can find common ground across generations but those are the exceptions. In the broader picture it is less likely the bigger the gap gets. Saying that it depends on what you want. Someone like Einstein probably found it hard to find common ground with many people at all regardless of their age. On balance it all depends innit but if a guy ONLY dates younger women then it's unlikely to be because of a meeting of minds on his expected mental age level.

As I was reading and considering any type of context, no one seemed to really consider that Drake himself was, like Millie, a child star that was a major character on a popular show for teens that was able to transition into becoming one of the biggest stars in entertainment.
Millie, Billie, and the “Euphoria” gang all got their start in shows with darker, adult themes or in music with more mature themes much like Drake starting out with “Degrassi: TNG”, so who knows? They could relate on that level or possibly even know a lot of the same people.
It wasn't like he's teaching her to zuck bick. He could be teaching her about self confidence and expectations.
