The one thing that concerns me about this is Bray is gonna be coming in white hot so I don't know how you keep him away from Roman for a long period of time unless they're gonna just change course from the Roman/Rock match being for the title (which I don't think it needed it anyway)....I also don't know what that leads Cody to do when he returns unless you turn Bray into spooky Roman with being unbeatable which after a 2 year reign I'm not sure I'd want the next reign to be more or less the same....

Bray was the last guy to have the Universal Championship. Roman won it off him 2 years ago (he pinned Strowman in a triple threat) so the story is there for sure.

regardless of how u feel about him he was the most over person on the roster besides roman before he left and that hiac performance pretty much solidified him, bray will already be back and settled by the time the royal rumble hits and cody returns so his hype will have worn down and cody will be hotter than him, I guarantee any option other than him winning the royal rumble and facing roman will result in massive backlash(unless they somehow get the rock match)
