Rib Tips. They're really popular in Chicago but don't seem to be anywhere else. I haven't found a BBQ place here yet that sells them, so I have to grill them myself. It's weird because any place selling st louis cut ribs should have the tips too. Eventually white people will catch on and gentrify them, then they'll be everywhere.
