Our claims was in a lawsuit over some BS. This idiot lost his mind. Everything was on tape. He backed up out his parking space. Then accelerated and ran right though a nail salon business injuring 8 people and a 19 year old college girl is now paralyzed.

So we're gonna pay up for everyone who was injured. Lawyer convinces everyone he can get everyone 50mil each. Says we should be liable cuz there were no barriers and protective structures in front of the nail salon.

Well it was determined by engineers that at the speed the car was going if there was a barrier the car would have went airborne and landed on top of several people killing them.

Ended up settling and we paid 10 which was split by the 8 injured people with the paralyzed girl getting the most.

When you factor taxes the cut the lawyer is getting and they would have gotten 20M originally all those people lost except the paralyzed girl cuz she's getting money for the rest of her life
