Doesn't matter that much what you eat so much as how many calories.
But starches like potatoes, noodles, and white rice are associated with gaining weight. So if you eat a bunch of fries and potato chips every day, good chance you'll gain weight.
peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were the easiest way for me to add weight. takes like 30 seconds to make one and there's like 350-400 calories in a sandwich. you can eat 3 of em in 2 or 3 minutes
