What are ya'll doing with Apple Cider Vinegar? Just drinking it or cooking with it or what?
i just take a shot (in a shot glass) in the evening chased with ~6-8oz of water. that's how i've done it my whole life

i've alternate between shots of ACV and aloe vera juice

-greek yogurt (Luh:noah: dis shyt)
-avocado
-quinoa
-chick peas
-wheat noodles/ brown rice
-soymilk/ almond milk
-tofu
-olive oil as the "default" oil

Thank God for my wife. Nikka used to eat like shyt.:mjgrin::snoop:
