These nikkas done inadvertently created a sub drill genre by dissing the dead over pop hits

Yeah they are. One of those kids from Foolio’s camp put out a snippet on IG where he was talking about smoking eastside nikkas over some 80’s Devo or Wham sounding shyt.

Im not even mad at the creativity; that’s hip hop. But the two opposite extremes of extremely demonic lyrics over feel good pop hits is...weird to say the least. These songs are actually catchy as hell but it’s hard to get over the parody aspect. Im interested to see where this goes as far as this being a trend. I wonder if it will extend out of Jacksonville.

Aight they dragging this sample/song now

This wave is trash too it's parody and minstrel honestly

Some dude on Twitter used to do these mash ups of drill rap over pop, white girl shyt that's basically what these dudes did with that Who I Smoke

To think there's real bodies behind this shyt :picard:

Culmination of trying to find creative new ways of saying the same repetitive shyt (I’m smoking on so-and-so) while trying to appear not as pressed as possible about loved ones being murdered.
