man i don't take articles like this seriously. i know for a fact a lot of news reporters embellish stories, especially stories with black accused, one of my dawgs caught a body back like 16 years ago and the news said the deceased was shot in the head but the coroners reports indicated all projectiles entered the torso and chest (i went to the trial) bro beat it on self defense cause dude upped it on him first and he reacted. so yeah...news sometimes they lie

The dude in black could’ve ended Da Baby with a shot to the dome if he was really on that time. He was trying to break up the fight. I agree if you pull it out you gotta be ready to use it, but none of it happens if Da Baby doesn’t rush the dude out of nowhere.

If dudes threatened him with a weapon that's probably the first thing that he would have lead with

I'm going back and forth, and now I'm on the side of I see why prosecutors ain't press charges

If dudes were just excited fans like his relatives said, then they probably wouldn't have been so quick to reach for weapons after they started fighting

And once he did see the other dude with the gun, he probably thought he had to blast first

Everyone was too ready to pull, it could have been de-escalated

But legally Dababy started the confrontation
