What does that harness do if they fall? I looked it up and it wasn’t clear.

And how do they get up there?

The harnest holds them in the air.
They helicopter in or ride an elevator up and they clip their harnest on this long line like a clothesline and they got a ton of slack so they can walk around. And once they're clipped in they stay clipped in so they sleep up there until the job is done.

I grew up in a city called Cedar Hill.

It's where all of the DFW local TV stations antennas are located.

I went to school with the children of the guys that did the maintenance on those antennas and their Fathers were millionaires(fr fr).

They were living in wealthy areas called Sleepy Hollow and Lake Ridge in big mansions on lot of acres next door to Texas Rangers players.

Driving 911 Porsches in high school. Owning cattle and horses.

My high school chemistry teacher was married to one of the guys. She missed 2 months of school because she fell off her horse and her son wrecked a new Ford Mustang and a Motorcycle.

That's not some shyt you just sign up to do. Most people here would have their bodies lock up from panic the first time they go up there. That first gust of wind is gonna scare the shut out if you, just the sound of it.
