all jokes aside, one of my homies is a ballboy for the Heat...he's actually my connect when it comes to getting tickets. been there since '03 (he's 26 now) and says they don't get paid much, but at the end of the season each player and coach tips them anywhere from $3,000 - $5,000 and they get a bunch of free shirts and shoes. he said Wade, LeBron and Bosh left the biggest tips last season and he also got championship rings every time the heat won it all.
