I mean if we can alter the meal that helps but I am not sure that is operating in good faith. Also if you eat 2 at one time, that's one insanely big meal not 2.Eat 2 at 5am with only 1 serving of bread, one at 8 pm , water juice and tea during the day, And stay active. It's doable. Beet+oatmeal juice cleans your blood and arteries, flaxseed tea cleans your intestines and kidneys. It's all about keeping the sugar low for this time.
Now if you stay inactive and add soft drink calories it's a wrap.
