Eat 2 at 5am with only 1 serving of bread, one at 8 pm , water juice and tea during the day, And stay active. It's doable. Beet+oatmeal juice cleans your blood and arteries, flaxseed tea cleans your intestines and kidneys. It's all about keeping the sugar low for this time.
Now if you stay inactive and add soft drink calories it's a wrap.
Yea. Give me the 500k up front so I can afford to spend 6 hours a day at the gym and I'll just make that my job

Yeah.I'd just drink plenty water, take laxatives, and hit the gym 3X a day.
Easy. I only eat once a day anyway. I'll just probably hate Birria after.
