i use foobar to play flac, i just used a skin. i used to rock the real basic shyt but there's some great skins out there especially the one i got now

i rip every cd i buy into flac as a backup, other than that i try not to get too much flac


i cant fukk with open source and do coding myself though, i'm just not that nice at moving component files around and shyt to add functions.

Man I haven't used foobar for years, is it still being developed? I've been using Winamp for about 10 years

just get the codec pack for windows and youll be able to play any file

but the real benefit to foobar is that monitoring folders option. i can organize my entire collection in foobar through the folder structure. it's great if you're big into organizing

i kept the basic shyt for so long because i wasn't too good with the customization aspect of it, my boy put me onto this and i've been good ever since. i initially only got foobar cause it was minimal and didn't take up a lotta power to run it


the only thing i like about itunes is that its easier to embed individual artwork for a song, but i haven't been anal about artwork in a long time


i've been looking at this new player 'songbird' but its hard to change especially the older you get. i got a much faster computer but like i said too lazy to change

anyone use musicbee? Has a lot of the features I need; plays flac, last.fm scrobbler, fairly easy to setup/customize, runs great& doesn't seem to hog up too much resources. Someone here might want to check it out
