Common sense will tell you not all servers are the same. Where did I say that all servers are shytty.
By making a comment that was besides the intent of the OP. It almost sounded like you generally tip low because of constant shytty service.

I waited tables for a week when I first came out of high school to see what the big deal was. I never had any issues with percentages.
I do think it's messed up that they're still paid off of that. During that ine week, I saw that The ugly girls got shafted on tips.
