it seems this Soraya character is more than eligible for Asylum under French law. and since broadcasting her story to a wide audience would expose her to a even greater risk in Libya, the humane, responsible and logical thing would have been to personally escort her back to France.

How is it ducktales, do you not see the people in libya ousting the last remnants of the militias who supported gaddafi? They are tired of the violence and terrorism from that his regime brought, the libyan people want and deserve and free goverment that does not rape it's people figuratively and literally.
