I was driving almost home and then KMEL interrupted all music and played Pac. My phone was blowing up and pages. Not going to lie I thought he was going to be alright. He was like invincible. It was a effed up day.

i had just arrived in augusta to see my ex up at Paine College

i was a big east coast head at the time..so my girl is riding with me as we went out to eat..talking about

"you hear the news Pac just got shot up"..

i was like "ehhh :ehh:.....that's what he gets....all that shyt talking"

i assumed ahhh....he will recover and get back to talking shyt on records...that's how he do

see i didn't like any music outside of nyc at that time....if your music wasn't produced by Premier, Pete Rock or Large Pro ..i ain't fukk wit ya......i was that closeminded at the time

and when he had did hit em up..i felt like he brought it on himself

till i heard the next day..he actually died :ohhh:

then that following week they premiered "I AINT MAD AT CHA" one of the most beautiful songs i heard of any genre

:to:

it fukked me up for a minute...

i regret everything i thought at that time.....PAC was special...that was a huge loss to hip hop

All the sudden they cut off the song and he said "I got some news and it ain't good"
We kinda knew too
"Rapper tupac shakur hassuccumbed to his injuries"
Whole block was quiet too. Grown ass men just..quiet

I was on the block playing ball, a Friday night. My mom walked past the courts and told me my cousin had called me. "Did you know 2pac died?" "Oh wow." Then another bul came up to the courts like "The man called 2pac is now dead." Then everyone went into the house to turn on TV and radio.

Bro kaya was ridiculous when pac died. They played his shyt all weekend long. That's when they had that 24hour Club across the street. The whole peach tree was shut down.
New York niccas was on alert too. I ain't gonna say they was shook.. but they was careful.
We said fukk it and went to club 559. That was pacs low key hideout :mjcry:
Pac was a real one

u ain't lying..... east coast nikkas had to be real cautious during that time :whew:

i was shopping for records in spots like Peppermints at the Greenbriar mall....and i could feel the TENSION cause i had east coast written over my face

im timberland up, new york yankee jerseys and shyt....walked into Peppermints and behind the counter they had a big blown up pic of pac when he visited the store...

i couldn't get no good customer service in there...they had this look like "say something east coast fukkboy :stopitslime: and it's on"

i remember that same week, my homegirl hooked me up with some broad there...we was mad cool..she was feeling me

then all of a sudden PAC video came on and i was like u turn this shyt....she was like "you don't like PAC"?? :why:

i was like he "alright..but im a Nas fan" :yeshrug:

Man i think that statement alone is the reason I NEVER WAS ABLE TO GET THE PUZZY FROM HER :mjcry:
