How many people do/did you know that actually had their OWN apartment in their 20s. I’m not talking renting out a room or any shyt like that. I’m talking your own shyt

looking back…I was the only one amongst people I know.

I had a circle of about 8-10 friends I grew up with...out of those: 2 owned their own apartment - one when he was 21 and the other at about 23 - both very successful barbers.

Not many. I remember back in the day in crawsburg by the projeks we had our own hoop we built with our own 2 hands but that place is called soufside now it's been a while since I been dere dough

damn so not only did they have their own apartment at that age but they actually OWNED it. Very impressive

Well...if you want to be technical the bank owned it...they both came with over 20% though. One in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, and the other in Jersey City.
