How significant were the gains once you implemented this? 
I lift 6 days a week, hiit 3 days a week and do slow runs 3 times a week. Diet is carb cycling combined with intermittent fasting.
I was going to start bulking soon but I like how healthy I feel right now. 6’4 was 288lbs (hitting 395lbs on bench
) but my gut was massive. Going to continue to cut until I get around 12 percent body fat or next may. Which ever happens first
