How significant were the gains once you implemented this? :patrice:

I lift 6 days a week, hiit 3 days a week and do slow runs 3 times a week. Diet is carb cycling combined with intermittent fasting.


I was going to start bulking soon but I like how healthy I feel right now. 6’4 was 288lbs (hitting 395lbs on bench :banderas:) but my gut was massive. Going to continue to cut until I get around 12 percent body fat or next may. Which ever happens first

i wouldn't call it calorie counting but i'm pretty sure i've only been getting about 1200 calories/day for the past 2 weeks and i lost like 5 pounds. (i only eat like 1-2 times a day because i lost my car keys and wallet so i'm just at home and not doing shyt and clearly don't need as many calories to function while i'm not doing shyt, not even exercising)
