I fukked with it a tad as a teen back when the red pill was a term made by and for players and "pickup artists". Before their ideas got co-opted by depressed virgins "red pill" was about dudes online trying to break down getting p*ssy into a science. It was fascinating but I instinctively knew there was a point of diminishing returns with just reading shyt online, real life experience has to take you the rest of the way. Some of the content would echo the sentiment too. Maybe you don't care but it was entertaining to a lot of people and a lot of women had never been told it straight like that before becuase they get pandered to so much in everyday life.
As for a solution... there is no solution. Its a way of thinking and a generational issue with modern women. Men having higher standards for themselves may help to correct the dating market and balance things out for future generations.
I do hear you on some points though.
