The video in the OP is based on a Pew research report (link here) that is based on data from WONDER.
These are the notes on the data used:
I tried to replicate their finding but came up with different suicide rates for both non-hispanic blacks and whites 10-19 in 2022, with whites being higher (link here).

Am I missing something?
I got almost the exact same thing....I am wondering if some revisions got sneaked into the data set or they left out some method?

Social media plays a huge part. So much rage bait content out there painting life on Earth as dim, bleak, and hopeless. Redpill, manosphere, Tariq Nasheed derivative channels constantly posting videos of black people being attacked. Constant reminders of racism. It fills the mind with hopelessness and defeat.
Of course on the women side you have the divestor stuff, and the strong compulsion to needlessly inject colorism into every discussion. I'm arguing with a prominent youtuber right now about how his content is all 100% negativity. He's always posting the latest viral video of a black person being attacked for no reason. Some exposure to content like this is necessary for educational purposes but a constant bombardment of this imagery shatters the fragile mind of an impressive teenage who will most certain turn to suicide.

It's the extremes that get promoted and pushed the most.
Grifters are trying to make money so that's why they show the extremes. It's the social media analogous to clickbait. Like with the Sydney Sweeney thing. You have right-wing cacs who'll criticize 'the left' by showing a tiktok of a fat girl with purple hair complaining about Sydney's ad campaign. In reality, most normal people don't care. Normal people, and normal situations are underrepresented in these spaces.
Of course the other factor is 'the algorithm'. The way these platforms are designed where the user is sucked into this feedback loop. Where extreme content floods their homepage. They stumble, and trip into this rabbithole they can't get out of.
I took a suicide awareness/prevention class recently
The women found it hilarious that the suicide rate is increasing amongst young men, and were very happy to mention a "male loneliness epidemic" that causes older men to commit suicide due to loss of family. I almost walked out the class, they were having a good time laughing at suicidal men
If your a decent man in America you are going to be held responsible by women at large for any man who ever did something wrong to them, it's accepted and even encouraged. It's appropriate to be scared of all men for "safety"
If your black your held responsible for any and all crimes committed by people with similar skin color, and it's appropriate to be scared of you for "safety"
Add in a lack of positive strong role models in a young man's life, teachers who believe in discriminating against you and job sites that are of with dirty Billy with tattoos and piercings saying what up yo, meanwhile u got a soba song and dance or u got an attitude and people don't feel "safe"around you
It's an unhealthy climate. Discrimination coming from everywhere.
Not surprising some of the younger men see no hope, lack the will to fight cause they never learned how, and sadly decide to give up

Right so many poor countries around the world with families(broken and unbroken) suffering but suicide rate is not the same.
Some times you can have all the material comforts and be dead inside

Add in the fact that the black community doesn't take mental health seriously.

Yeah, East Asia (Japan, Korea, Taiwan) have the highest rate of two parent households in the world and also the highest suicide rates in the developed world.
Black folks had lower suicide rates during the single-mom/crack epidemic of the 90s.
There is something about coping with adversity and the support systems the community and individual previously had that has changed. Poor Black folks had such low suicide rates in the early 20th century eugenicists were openly wondering if it was genetic.

I think we're really ignoring the effect of social media on our kids. Sure we see all the ha-ha stuff on Twitter. But we don't talk about digital racism. Being inundated constantly with racist talking points and rhetoric CONSTANTLY, being gaslit about your own history or racial experience. It's a mind fukk.
Then extrapolate that by all the other ills of society and we're in a wholly different mental context than in 1995.
Also, our economic spread was SIGNIFICANTLY closer back then. Even from black to white. The explosion of the wealth gap even among our own is also a part of that.
