The last two years, those are the only 3 men who can say they made all NBA first team consecutive years. Joker is the one who has been voted league MVP in that time period.

Unless you know the sport of basketball better than the pros who cover it, I'd say that those 3 have as much claim to best players in the league as anybody.

Once, could be a fluke career year, but hard to dismiss two straight years of being selected as the BEST at what you do.

There is basketball talent all over the world.

The USA is where basketball is more of a culture but american athletes are no more gifted (physically) than other athletes abroad. You see similar thing in football (edit: soccer) where despite all the athletes in the USA they struggle to compete in FIFA because it's just not the culture here as it is in places like Brazil and Argentina and Germany.
The NBA Africa league will be in interesting in 20+ years.

No, Harden has never been better than Bron, KD and Steph so never top 3. Top 5 for sure when he was in his prime
