Years ago I saw Danilo Galinari somewhere and I thought I was Lil Wayne

I wouldn't say short but on my Basketball team in college, my crew was 6'7, 6'10, and 6'6. I was 6'4. I felt like I was 6'0 even.

Rare but there’s a couple dudes in my neighbors that are taller than me. One of which is like 20 and he’s 6’10. His older bro is like 6’6

When you play Basketball, you don't compare yourself to the population, just other ballers and hoopers.

I didn't realize I was tall till I went to NYC and went to times square in Manhattan. I ain't never seen so many short mfers

can't recall any recently, but years ago I was at 34st in Manhattan coming out of the train terminal...
these 2 old folks begin looking up like theyre looking at the sun, and I then i turn and look to see what they were looking at...

and it was Dikembe Mutumbo with one of those rolling luggage bags...dude was about as tall as any building there

People don’t understand the weird dynamic with height if you tall and a hooper. For some reason I look at height in NBA terms. So I’m 6’5, but in the NBA that’s a 1 or a 2 guard, so I don’t be realizing the general population got a different perception. I don’t look at myself at “that tall”
