Usually the only time people do that is when they are guilty and need more time to fight it. nikka who know 100% they’re innocent ain’t the type to be fine with the trial keep getting pushed back

It kinda is though. I'm not saying he's guilty but I've only ever seen guilty people attempt to push court dates back as far as possible. If you're innocent you're usually adamant about it taking place quickly as possible to clear your name. Obviously not true 100% but it's a decent point
