I always use a WaterPik on my tonsils because I get Tonsil Stones. Thats a big factor in halitosis.

In a nutshell Tonsil Stones are white clumps of bacteria stuck in the caves of your tonsils. If left, your mouth smells like ass. So I use a water pik on a light setting to blast the stones out and give myself the freshest breath known to mankind.

what's the deal with these whitening strips out on the market? are they legit or what. i want to whiten my teeth but i dont want to fukk em up either. Would you rec???

Whitening strips are very abrasive and it removes layers of your teeth to expose layers underneath. What you are seeing when teeth are "whitened" are the new surface areas that the strips removed.

If you use them too much then it exposes the part of the tooth called the dentin. That part of your teeth is yellow and cant be bleached.

We recommend if you do use them, use them very sparingly because of the reasons above. Teeth are naturally different shades of white. Bleaching is purely aesthetics.

Oral Hygiene game is a straight hustle...but to answer your question. I personally would recommend Thera Breath because it serves the main purpose of any toothpaste (remove plaque) in addition to neutralizing bacteria with Natural Ingredients.
