Upon further testing, you cannot send videos, but pictures can definitely be shared by whoever you allow to watch your stories. Spooky.

Yeah you can see who views your stories and if they screenshot it. You can also edit your setting where only certain people can view your story. There's a lot of fukkery and shady tactics sc is capable of.
