You need to look at the entire history of the player...not just numbers.

That's true.

The 2008-2010 Lakers were a team. You had Kobe, Gasol, Bynum, Fisher, Ariza, Brown, Vuhachic, Farmar, Odom. Good squad. They gave a whole bunch of teams problems because of their length (nh). But it wasn't a superteam. They just gelled together.


Lebron, Wade, Bosh, Ray Allen, Chalmers, Oden, Haslem, Birdman, Beasely, Battier, Cole, Rashard. A year before that, you had Mike Miller too, another guy whose money from the 3. Superteam. Nikkas that wouldn't be playing together if they all took their market value pay. Lebron needed all that to be successful. Wade didn't need all that to get his ring in 2006.


And yea....the Heat are one of the worst rebounding teams. A big part of that is how small your unit is. But I also notice Lebron snatches rebounds from everybody to get his triple doubles. Chris Bosh used to pull down 10/11 rebounds in Toronto. He didn't forget how to rebound. He could probably get up to 12/13 now but, instead he barely gets 6/7 because of Lebron. The nikka 6"11, you 6"8, get your azz out the way and let him grab boards.

Theres 3 reasons on why the Heat get so little rebounds:
1- Size
2-Lack of effort and concentration on boxing out
3-The way the Heat defend, they go all out on the perimeter, and focus on stripping and pestering, they can't contain the paint.
