I'm over at What too, but I'm not all that active, atleast not like I was when OiNK was around. OiNK was 
My ratio was in the 5's or 6's IIRC, with a VERY nice amount uploaded, so none of that 20 up, 4 down shyt. When they got pinched though, I decided to tone back some. Saw tons of effort go down the drain. 
at Ratio Watch though. It's not that hard to keep a decent ratio. If you know when a semi/very popular album is gonna be released soon, just keep an eye out and jump on it early. Also, if you know how to get shyt by other means (like Group Rips and such), even if you don't upload it first, you can just grab the torrent and since you already have the file, just go right into seeding. Using your Free Leech Tokens wisely (FLAC's only), and jumping on the staff picks early is good way to get/keep your ratio up as well.
I have invites, but I can't use 'em. I invited a buddy, who invited 2 buddies, and his buddies fukked up and got themselves banned, and they punish the whole invite tree, thus my invites sitting there collecting dust

I don't think I have anything worth uploading to warrant maintaining a good ratio. Is there a way you can run up on these sites, literally downlaod every single tv show you want and then bounce?

Indeed I do. I don't use 'em all that much though, as I've gravitated more towards Newsgroups again (fukked with 'em many years ago, got back into 'em last year).
How was Waffles? I know when OiNK went away, What and Waffles were born, and I just went towards What. I'd have to assume they're basically very similar to one another.

Yep, from what I remember, Waffles and What are pretty much the same.
Besides the music one's private trackers are kinda overrated to me.
I've been on the best of the best and the difference between them and a good public tracker isn't that large.

From my understanding as told by Leo Tolstoy, demonoid was actually not a private tracker. Many thought it was.
yeah demonoid was never private, you just had to be a member to get in but you could still see the content
