you can go with a vpn or you can turn on encryption (with utorrent anyway) and switch the port to something other then the default one.how yall deal with throttling. my ISP is onto me and has tried throttling me twice this past month. for now changing ports has gotten past it, but im looking into getting one of those VPN's....
